Converting a Page to a Pattern

Note: Pages can be converted to Patterns, however Patterns cannot be converted into pages.


The ability to convert a Page into a Pattern to utilize the component tools was added in v4.19.7.


  1. Navigate to the page you wish to convert.

  2. Click the "Page Actions" icon in the top right corner of the page, or the "Page Actions" icon next to the page name in the side nav.

  3. Select "Convert to Pattern"

  1. Your page is now a Pattern!
